Eugene and Darryl did an amazing job of repairing a large crack in the floor of our shower. You cannot see any trace of the crack now, and they made sure the whole shower floor was solid. Am very satisfied with the repairs that Darryl did in my shower .He was very knowledgeable and professional. The staff were great he was tidy quick and efficient yet thorough. So much appreciated his work. He came on time and was very quiet and skilled. Now this is the first time we have used the fresh tub app for payment etc — not really a fan since it seems kinda oversimplified in appearance. Was not comfortable leaving financial info on the site for future use. But payment finally went through after a day or two so could then remove the info. Finally the cost of the repair as compared to previous repairs to the same area of tub were significantly cheaper. Not sure where the high cost comes from as was here less than an hr. At any rate we are pleased with the finish and the staffer. But not impressed with the pricing as think it a bit high. Thanks

Fresh Tubs refinished my dated cultured marble shower from floor to ceiling as well as the ceramic shower floor. The end result was a like-new polished and pristine shower that added value to my home! Staff were professional and experts at their craft and the process from start to finish was seamless! Darryl showed up to our home and was professional and courteous and did excellent work. He repaired an old patch that was disintegrating and cracking through. He also repaired floor chips in our shower. Both our tub and our shower look like new and absolutely no trace of the repair work that he did for us. I reached out to Fresh Tubs to get my tub resurfaced as small cracks were showing and I was scared about water leaking. Darryl came out and was great to deal with! He walked me through what to expect and how he was going to fix it. He put spray foam in 3 spots and resurfaced the acrylic. The tub literally looks brand new. I'm very impressed with the prompt service and quality they provided.

The day of the scheduled shower refinishing/repair Darryl contacted me to tell me that his employee was sick but that he would come in and do it himself. He kept me advised of when he would be here and came to complete the job. He was courteous, professional and restored our 18 year old shower to like new condition. I use my bathtub for showering most often but found the surface so slippery that I feared falling each time I used it. Living alone, I had started putting my cell phone close enough to the tub to make sure I could call for help if I got hurt.During an online search for a solution, I discovered Fresh Tubs and called immediately.They are an extremely professional company who explained the process of coating the bottom of the tub with a slip resistant coating to eliminate any worry of slipping.On the installation date, they again made sure they knew what I needed to be happy and set to work.WHAT A RELIEF! The finished product looks just like a large mat fitted into the tub. But what's more important is that now, I have never had a second where I feared that my feet were slipping as I showered or while stepping into and out of the tub.Quality product and installation, priced as quoted, done on day promised and competent, friendly staff to ensure you're totally happy. It doesn't get better than that.

These guys were just awesome. We moved into a home with a full bath enclosure all in one that had a low spot in the bottom of tub ( about as big as two hands) which previous owners did not take care of so it developed a very noticeable hard water stain. They had also scrubbed so hard to remove that they wore off the shiny finish and left it very ruff feeling. The rest of the tub and enclosure were fine. We thought we would have to buy a whole new tub and to get the old one out the door would have been major doorway issues as well so we were hoping they could help. They suggested a couple of things they could do on the phone and yet once they saw the tub they told us how they could help for much less expense. Needless to say they saved us money and our tubs finish looks like new again. No hard water stain and it's back to being shiny again. I love it! Thanks so much!

Darryl and Hayden were prompt professional and completed the work on the day and the time frame originally indicated. They were friendly and shared their professional expertise regarding tub and tile refinishing with me. They vented dust and dirt out the window and kept my apartment free of any dust or debris. The restored tub looks amazing. The work that Daryl and Nick did is fantastic. This is a very cost effective way to make your tub look like new without all the fuss, bother and cost of installing a new tub. The inconvenience was minimal and there was very little odour throughout the entire process. The other thing is they arrived on time and completed the work according to schedule. We couldn't be happier.
